I co-founded a group psychotherapy practice and ended up building the entire ops layer myself. No ops budget, no IT team. How We Work Together

Retainer-Based.
Month-to-Month.

All engagements run as ongoing retainers: consistent support, predictable costs, and a partner who already knows your systems.

Getting Started

Every engagement starts with a one-time $750 onboarding: an ops intake call, a current-systems audit, and a priority roadmap. If you move forward with a retainer, the $750 is credited toward your first month.

Starter $1,000/month

One core system maintained and supported: payroll, intake tracking, reporting, or workflow automation. Up to 4 hrs/month of updates and support, plus a monthly async check-in.

Core $1,750/month

Two or three systems maintained, with room for small new builds each month. Includes a monthly 30-min sync, a monthly ops summary, and up to 8 hrs of active work.

Full Partner $2,500/month

Full ops support across all your active systems. Up to 15 hrs/month, bi-weekly syncs, same-business-day response, and a quarterly ops review. New builds are included within your monthly hours.
